16+ years designing and delivering Pega solutions across banking, insurance, and healthcare — 13+ of them with Canadian financial institutions. I own solution design, impact analysis, and end-to-end delivery on every engagement, including a full DB2-to-Azure-SQL data migration and two platform version upgrades along the way — routine work in my experience, handled without drama.

I lead distributed onshore/offshore teams through estimation, design review, guardrail compliance, and production support — and stay hands-on with Constellation, Email Bot, Pega GenAI, and REST/SOAP integrations. Outside client work, I founded SAMSBPM Technologies, where I architect and ship multi-tenant SaaS platforms with embedded AI.
